Greg Oakley

Greg has more than twenty-five years of experience in many types of litigation in federal and state courts. For the past fifteen years, Greg’s practice has been focused on complex commercial litigation, including contract disputes, franchise litigation, real estate litigation, and employment litigation. Greg also has extensive experience in litigation involving business torts such as fraud and contract interference. Greg is a seasoned trial attorney and has first-chair experience with jury and non-jury trials. Greg has handled everything from half-day bench trials to a multi-week complex commercial class action trial.
In addition to his litigation work, Greg counsels clients in various industries regarding business formation, contracts, regulatory compliance and litigation avoidance. Greg’s commercial litigation experience assists him in drafting operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and many types of contracts. Greg currently serves as corporate counsel for area small businesses, providing legal advice and drafting contracts and agreements.
