Greg Oakley is Of Counsel to the firm and has decades of experience representing clients in a wide range of litigation matters in both federal and state courts. For the past fifteen years, his practice has focused on complex commercial litigation, including contract disputes, franchise litigation, real estate litigation, and employment matters. He also has significant experience handling business tort claims, including fraud and tortious interference.

Greg is a seasoned trial attorney with first-chair experience in both jury and bench trials. His trial experience ranges from half-day bench proceedings to multi-week complex commercial class action trials.

In addition to his litigation practice, Greg advises clients across a variety of industries on business formation, contracts, regulatory compliance, and litigation avoidance. His litigation background informs his drafting and negotiation of operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and other commercial contracts. He also serves as outside corporate counsel to small and mid-sized businesses, providing ongoing legal guidance and support.
