Britton Yoder
Britton Yoder is the firm’s newest attorney, having joined the firm in 2022 as a law clerk, and continuing in that role following his graduation from Pennsylvania State University – Dickinson Law this Spring. Britton will continue in this role pending his successful completion of the bar exam and his anticipated admission to the bar in the Fall. Thus far, Britton has found that he particularly enjoys working on litigation matters, including dispositive, discovery, and trial-related motions.
Britton has a Bachelor of Science from Middle Tennessee State University. While in law school, Britton’s studies focused on the areas of trademarks, copyrights, business, and sports law. He also served as the President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, as well as the VP of the Dickinson Intellectual Property Law Society.
When he is neither working nor studying for the bar, Britton is avidly watching baseball or planning his next trip to State College, Pennsylvania to watch a Penn State football game. Britton has lived in 7 different states and would love to talk about any of them.
Britton is not currently licensed to practice law, but is working under the supervision of the firm’s licensed attorneys and anticipates bar passage and admission to the Tennessee bar in the fall/winter of 2024.
