Britton Yoder

Britton Yoder is an associate attorney with the firm, where his practice focuses on litigation, including dispositive motions, discovery, and trial preparation.
Britton joined the firm in 2022 as a law clerk and continued with the firm following his graduation from Pennsylvania State University – Dickinson Law.
He earned his Bachelor of Science from Middle Tennessee State University. While in law school, Britton focused his studies on trademarks, copyrights, business law, and sports law. He served as President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society and as Vice President of the Dickinson Intellectual Property Law Society.
Outside the office, Britton is an avid baseball fan and makes regular trips to State College, Pennsylvania to attend Penn State football games. Having lived in multiple states, he brings a broad perspective to his work and client relationships. He lives in middle Tennessee with his wife and growing family.
