Elizabeth Kirkpatrick


Elizabeth Kirkpatrick is a trial attorney with the firm, where her practice focuses on construction, real estate, commercial litigation and complex business disputes.

Elizabeth represents contractors, subcontractors, owners, developers, businesses, executives, and individuals in litigation matters involving contract disputes, project-related issues, and other complex legal challenges. She brings a practical, strategic approach to each matter, working closely with clients to understand their objectives and develop effective solutions through negotiation, litigation, and trial or arbitration when necessary.

With extensive litigation and trial experience in state and federal courts, Elizabeth has represented clients throughout Tennessee and Florida and has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict. Her background as a skilled advocate allows her to effectively navigate disputes, protect her clients’ interests, and pursue efficient resolutions.

Before joining the firm, Elizabeth served as an assistant state attorney in the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit of Florida, where she represented the State of Florida and developed significant trial experience handling high-stakes matters. She later represented businesses and executives in civil litigation matters at large regional law firm, providing counsel regarding insurance claims, contract disputes and other business-related issues.

Elizabeth is currently licensed in Florida and has been authorized to practice law in Tennessee pending formal admission in Tennessee. 

Outside the office, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and cheering on the University of Tennessee Volunteers.
